Meet The Team
Peak Embroidery was started in 2015 when I took a leap of faith and started my own embroidery shop in my garage. Having a flexible schedule and working out of my home allowed me to grow my business and family simultaneously. Over the last decade as my business has grown, we've moved out of our garage in Shepherd, MT and into the Billings Heights. We now offer embroidery, screen printing, digital garment printing, patches, promotional products, design, and web-store services. We pride ourselves on creating quality products with exceptional customer service while working with our employees' schedules and lifestyles to help them reach thier personal, family, and financial goals. People are the most important assets we have in this world, whether they are employees, customers, friends, or family. Thier happiness is our focus.
Robin McCaffree
Owner
I am a mom of two, a wife, and a business owner in the screen printing and embroidery industry. My love of art naturally led me into the screen print and embroidery business over 20 years ago. As I grew in the industry, I have also really learned to enjoy the business side of the industry and the relationships that are built from it.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and taking advantage of what Montana has to offer. I also love watching my kids play sports, and coaching girls basketball.
Madison Reid
Marketing & Sales
Madison joined the team in 2023, and was the lead embroidery tech. She spent 2 years with us and then left Peak Embroidery to start a family of her own. When she decided to come back, we had already filled her role as an embroiderer but decided to capitalize on her natural marketing and sales abilities. She focuses her time on our social media platforms and website while making sales on the side. Her youth and ken eye for media related things here at Peak is an asset to our business.
Outside of work, she has a passion for breeding and raising quality performance horses. She loves spending time with her husband and daughter and going on all of their different adventures together.

Elyse McCann
Print Production
Elyse joined Peak Embroidery many years ago as a high school student. Over the years, she has learned just about every aspect of the business and can handle most any task. She spends a large majority of her time here screen printing, but is not afraid to dive in and learn something new.
Outside of work Elyse is a student majoring in the medical field. She spends a ton of time with her family and dogs and enjoys Montana's great outdoors.
Donna Olmstead
Embroidery Production
Donna is our embroidery tech. She embroiders most of the orders that come through our doors. She takes a ton of pride in her work, making sure designs are sewn with precision and quality.
Outside of work Donna is a wife and a mom of three. Her passion are her children. As a family they raise cows, chickens, and pigs. She spends a good amount of her time helping her kids with their 4-H projects and watching them achieve in their sports.
